After selecting your items, proceed to checkout page. There you can review your order and view payment totals. Input the postal address and contact information. Select a payment method and complete the forms required to make payment.
despatch and delivery
Once we have received payment we will ship the items and notify you by email. We endeavour to ship online orders on the same day we receive payment. Unless otherwise requested we will post with standard Australia Post delivery. Longest amount of days for delivery is 5 working days.
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product please return it to the store in the condition you bought it and we will happily exchange or refund you. Please contact us by email email@example.com or phone (08) 92451199 if you cannot come into the store. We will happily arrange postage/replacement/refund for the item with you via phone or email. No returns on underwear.
When we receive an online order we store contact and postal information of the customer. We will not use your contact information for any other reason than correspondence regarding the purchase. We do not and would never store credit card details, we do not have access to this information as this is taken care of securely by Paypal.
